Even downhill with a tail wind wasn't entirely easy today. Garmin slagged me off something rotten this morning but it was exaggerating. Lots of DOMS from the resistance session and mild twittering from the bit of thigh that kiboshed my Virtual Mile.
Wind helpful apart from on the section of path between Hayton and the mile fortlet.
