Well, I thought I’d try a bit as haven’t done Heslington for a while. But not too hard as I’m doing Snake Lane 10 tomorrow and so I know I could have done more…

And I’ve broken my parkrun PB again and also squashed my mile PB! After I’ve done the half marathon in a few weeks time and recovered a little I’m thinking of properly working on my 5k…
