Oscar's Everyone Day

In 2021 Oscar the Grouch proposed one day each year where "we unite as a community and EVERYONE records an activity of some sort - a dog walk, a run, a swim, a ride, ski if you want...".

Sadly we lost Oscar in March, so I'd like to dedicate Everyone Day to him. Thank you for the inspiration you gave us Oscar.
You can still access the old version of this page. I will shortly post a blog to explain some of the changes - but you can send me feedback to report problems.

Maryport Prom parkrun. Yes, that WAS as fast as I could run. Head wind going out, cold and bright. Garmin slow to pick HR up properly.
A new course worst, but I expected that.

Well done, you got up and got it done. That's always the hardest part for me, to get up and out of the house when it's cold, wet and/or windy outside.
