Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hopefully - if I can avoid the calf issues, I'll be happy continuing to run/walk for ever!

I'm still on with 30:30 and knocked 79 seconds off last week's parkrun time this week. All the miles were under 13 mins. I'm assuming I must be running a bit faster each week and the walking is about the same pace.

That's wise, BB. You don't want the cold lingering unnecessarily.

I’ve increased the run to 45 seconds this week and it’s going well so far 😃

i've just managed an 'easy' pace that was a smidge over 12:15mm. After a few days of 12:40ish, the sudden jump in pace was unexpected but welcome.
