Been reading the last page or so and all good advice. I am in for next month to help with the step challenge at work that we are doing Oct and Nov. I think sticking to the lower mileage days and not be tempted to go further will be the hard part but happy to give it a go.

that's good Rr - good luck.
Why are people only just starting to wear gloves? I've been wearing them since at least the beginning of Sept! And no, I don't live in Iceland. Bluddy Raynauds.

Don't think I will be getting my RtS badge. Have been given the go ahead to restart my fitness class, so that will be one day a week of no running
Haven't pulled out my gloves yet as have in general been running mid afternoon when I finish work.

Lip Gloss, you don’t have to stick to the minimum mileage if you’d rather go further, you just need to make sure you at least do the minimum mileage every day.

I am still in shorts and T-shirt, mind you that may change when I run this afternoon, we have been forecast *weather* in the east mids.

My gloves are where I can find them, but not yet on my hands.

Not RtS this month, but we put light jackets on for our run this morning. WW will be digging out his gloves. (I only wear gloves if there’s snow on the ground)
