6 miles with running group and avoided the heavy rain that was forecast .

Another 3 miles this morning. Had to stop and helped a guy who misjudged a corner on his bike and crashed. He was fine and thankfully just a bit of ego damage. He had a kid on a trailer which was my biggest worry but kid was fine also.
