Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

4 miles this morning taken fairly easy after a decent effort at parkrun yesterday.

5 miles at conversational pace ( though I talked to myself) which came out at a nice average 9:20 m/mile on a route that I used to do regularly.

Decided to do what my watch was telling me to do today for a change.

10 mins warmup - 16 mins threshold - 10 mins warm down.

Was good. Nice bit of drizzle helping me out although the drizzle can go away now please :)

Wonder if my watch to tell me what to do . I have set it for intervals as that will be Friday. Trying project joker again and today was supposed to be threshold at 10.29 pace but I'm rubbish at pacing. My warm up was 10.29 and I really thought I was going slower.

Sorry for life story

Well done LG. Sometimes you have to just go with your legs and not the watch :)

I did struggle to slow down in the cool down - pace kept picking up and watch would beep at me :)

Nice running @ElDuderino

Good luck with project joker @LipGloss sounds promising if you ran at what felt like a easy warm up pace and it turned out to be your threshold pace

I never set the watch for cool down either pace or HR. I find you naturally fall into a suitable pace
