Nice running everyone

17.5 miles with 2 lots of 3 miles at half marathon pace with 3 mins recovery between each then after another 3 mins recovery 3 miles at marathon pace. Bit warm and humid

Parkrun for me but took it very easy as it’s hilly and trail
