Steppingly stepped, did try to jog at least some of every mile, some bits were easier than others underfoot.
Hips/glutes started to whine about lack of recent mileage and both knees objected to sliding around in the mud. But all ok
Official time 5:33, there was some garminumptiness and also pauses whilst I changed the course to follow.

Refreshed some cz and added a few new ones.
Useful circle total.
