Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

What's making you smile today?

Fab LG.

I think that's making lots of Fetchies smile on your behalf today, D2!

A really sweet e-mail from a colleague who is leaving my place of work today:

"I just wanted to express my gratitude for the support and mentorship you have offered over the past two years. My time with xxxx has been productive, enjoyable and one filled with tremendous personal growth. Under your guidance, I have been able to further develop my skills and have gained in-depth knowledge of xxx, something I knew almost nothing about when I began here. It would be a privilege to work with you again if the opportunity ever presents itself. "

A patient telling me that the surgeon had said her husband's legs were full of cobbles. Not just pebbles, cobbles. The surgeon has managed to fix one leg and is planning to fix the other so it was OK to smile.

Both my parents-in-law getting vaccinated today. They are in their nineties, at home, and couldn't easily get out of the house to an offered appointment. So the service came to them 👍🏻
