Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

goodness, a whole four hours of sleep. I really look forward to going to work, and to trying to fit in two weeks of work into five days because of my upcoming holiday. I am also confident that no-one will try to ring me and get me to do assessments or do an extra shift or sort something out while I'm away.

I remembered to take little-tri-boy's (rented) violin out of the car boot yesterday after his concert. The weather is such that it wouldn't really matter anyway.

[shit, shit, shit, doesn-t-tri-boy has the car out with said violin and it has been about 5 below for the last 24 hours]

My whole body (and mind) wasn't psyched up and ready for a long run and it isn't rebelling at not being fed the miles.

It's not really an 'exciting new scheme' though, is it? It's a scheme that will save you money. I wasn't excited, last time I checked.

Also, Vera on ITV +1, cirrhosis of the liver is not a predictor of good alcohol tolerance. In fact the ability of the liver to process alcohol decreases as it becomes more damaged. If you require a medical advisor, can I suggest me? I'll do it for a very reasonable fee, and I only occasionally have to google things.

I'm unconvinced that choosing an allotment on the basis of cost is wise.

I love you, but if you don't stop snoring like that I'm going to brain you.
