Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

What or who do you hate but everybody else seems to love??

Where do you cook if it's raining? How do you get the dog up the ladder? What if you need to drive somewhere, you've gotta fold it all up...

To be fair, most of these tents are fitted to some sort of Landrover or SUV where there is an option to cook in the rear vehicle door, much like some camper vans.

If you’re going to fit one on top of a Ford Focus, you’ll soon learn!

As far as driving somewhere, it’s no different when we’re on site with our MoHo. If we don’t have a car, we use public transport. Just needs forward planning.

Dogs? Don’t have anything that doesn’t fit in a carrier bag 😀

Toasted cheese sandwich should be cooked in a frying pan, with a brick on top (of the sandwich).

My wife makes great toasties in a frying pan, no brick necessary.

I use a sandwich toaster and am very happy with the results.

There is no proper way.

Grilled cheese sandwich or toasted sandwich can be made in a pan but a cheese toastie has to be done in breville or similar

(I only like the pan because I can make fat sandwiches with weird shaped bread; traditional English style is best under the grill or in the wide slot of the dualit)

Got something to say?
