Damn it, well that didn't last long! If it stops raining long enough to take the dogs for a walk I'll go do some hunting... I fear this game will only last a week before everyone is found

It will depend if people vary their normal runs to target specific squares. At the moment my focus is Fetchpoint so I suspect that will dictate here I go more than H&S.

I'm the same CW, My daily bug dictates where I go... although the new WSW multiplayer, which I said at the start of the week I wasn't bothered about, has sucked me back in too!

Fetch, just a thought. *If* this finishes quickly (and I’m not sure it will) and *if* you decide to look at a new round in less than a month, will everyone have time to visit enough squares to choose a new hiding place?

(Ah - in month 2, can you hide in squares created while you were hiding in month 1 or while you were seeking in month 1 or on all routes laid down in month 1?)

Here's the barebones of the new game:

How it works
The game generates a big three mile square with you at the centre. The square is cut into a grid of 1600 smaller squares.

During any given, unlock as many squares from your grid as possible (C19 permitting) by visiting them during your training. These are the places where you can 'hide'. Before the month is up, you must choose one of these squares as your hiding place.

When the first game kicks off (1st of the month), a lone seeker must start finding people, by visiting the squares. When someone is found, they become a seeker too. The seekers can then collaborate to flush out the hiders, and a growing army of seekers hunt down the final hiders.

The last person to be found will become the seeker for the following month.
