Debbie Abrahams mystery blanket 2024
‘It’s Written in the Stars’. I opted not to do the 12 squares with zodiac signs on and did the alternative which I preferred. Started in February with new patterns each month until November. Pleased to finish before New Year!

I really love the colours in this, they are just my sort. She gave us the rough colour palette before signing up but there was no way to really know. I have a fair bit of spare yarn but plans for what to do with it.

There’s also lots of different techniques, I’ve done beads and cables before, but not Japanese short rows, which give a really neat transition

The regular "Behind the Seams" tour starts with champagne, lasts about 2 hours and includes lots of crystals and swishy dresses.
