Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

90 minutes easy. No rain and a reasonably sedate level of wind.

I thought the rain was to come in from the West? Must be imminent 😀

The rain is already here in west Cornwall. It is, in the local vernacular, "pissendown". With added gales.

I did six miles along the coastal path, the plan being to just go easy and put in some miles. Fine on the outward leg, against headwind with 40-mph gusts on the return. In horizontal rain. Bracing.

Strictly speaking it was yesterday - 6.25 miles up towards the Chattri monument (although didn't take the route that would have taken me up there, but instead stayed on the path). Although not reaching the heights of temperature one would expect for June it was quite humid, however managed to finish the run before the rain came.

Very undulatory, including a hill that goes on for nearly a mile. Just what I need to get in the legs.

Thanks riggsy99 - always enjoyed reading the My Last Run thread on RW and then waxing lyrical about my half arsed efforts

Jono.
I actually ran 2 miles this morning & my hip didn't fall off.

A walk tomorrow, don't want to get carried away.

Today was 11 miles or so with 60 mins sub LT thrown in. Legs felt good stomach aching from a large Chinese takeaway. Missed all the rain 😁
