At the end of the prom, I opted for a couple of 'out 'n' backs' beside the Marina. A brief foray onto the beach made the sand a non-starter, so I sought out the drier trails inland. 53 min.

However, with spikes and a forefoot landing it was feasible to run on. I managed about 12.5 km in 1h50 on a mix of trails and streets. This path is one of the easier bits that was flat frozen slush with a sprinkle of frost.
