Surrey Phil Dec 2023 11:15am, 31 Dec 2023 10,103 posts	Quote Pin Surrey Phil First run for six weeks. Chose not to run after taking fluoroquinolone and then got Covid-19 before Christmas. Nothing spectacular. Just glad that the tendons held out and that I wasn't too tired after a gentle 4 miles.
