Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

21 miles with the middle 13.1 has a half marathon solo effort. Not to bad 1:33 but a bit slower than an actual race.

Good race efforts and some impressive double-figure [km] outings. Steady does it, Sooner resting, siooner back.

Unsociable cloud based stuff around the past 2 days further down the coast, Velociraptor

Set out after 10 last night; rain stopped after 10 min., the damp being confined to the trails round the lakes and acres of beach covered by water from the last tide. A flock of seabirds, maybe 200 bobbing in the shallows, took to flight on seeing my head torch...and settled back down 30 yards away.
62 min.

Four mile recovery run, although hard to slow down in driving rain, so it was quicker than it should’ve been.

Avoided the rain. That's a bonus :) 5.5 miles with 2.5 miles of 200m(ish) efforts and recoveries.

Four miles z1 to recover from yesterdays hard long run. Legs felt better at the end than the start which was the plan.
