Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Didn’t happen :-( . By the time I had a window it was raining and foggy and I made the sensible decision that my chest doesn’t need that at the moment. …oh my I can’t believe I’m being sensible 😂😂

Different day, different story. 4 miles at a steady pace in the bag.

Well done folks.

3 and a bit miles for me today. Weather nice but found it tough at times. It’s done though

I ran about 12.8 km trails today in beautiful sun. For a few days there has been virtually no snow on the ground, though it still freezes overnight and the main lakes are frozen. I tried out a pair of NB More Trail v1 shoes, which I loved. I also have a pair of last-gen Saucony Peregrine 11s to break in with a walk later.

Another gasping walk/run effort for 20 mins , less of the wheezing so perhaps the virus is dying of from the onslaught of my immune system.

Great sharing people!
Good to hear that you see the light again Dunc.

Interval evening for me, not the best effort but still 4x600m in a ok pace.
The setting sun was the best thing with that run.. :)

One night, I'll not run by the sea....but tonight was not that night. ;)

Part cloudy, a light NW breeze, and mostly along the beach, with damp trail on the return, and a mini-swamp by the boating lake! Not so achy tonight, after a lighter legs sesh in the gym on Thursday. 61:37
