Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Great running everyone. Hope those with injuries and illness recover soon

Sorry to that Lippy , I’m in a similar low with chest issues and 2 miles was enough and couldn’t careless about any numbers for now.

[Just posted 1st sentence in the 'Mundane' thread.]

A gentle breeze, the incoming tide, shiny beach and mostly firm trails - a run that was fun. :) From the confident cat on top of an inch-wide fence that still had the balance and time to bat me with a paw, to the bloodcurdling baying of a beagle after blood

:-o Owner & I are acquainted and shared some news :)

Just short of 61 min.

Managed a small run Sunday (a little under 2 miles) and Monday (2 miles) abdo still a little uncomfortable but not painful. Running makes no difference to this and is ok so going to try and run a bit further the Tuesday as not working Tuesday night

Nice running everyone

2 miles done. Felt okay. I’m definitely not going to push myself this time round. If I can just slowly increase the miles and as long as I can run them I will be happy.

Nice run up the hill and back. The wind has changed to a SE one, which helps being blown up hill. Nice views of lambs in fields at the top. Had to divert a bit at the end because the road is flooded again (never takes much) but that just took me past the new housing estate where there looks to be some nice running routes coming up.

HT, I did one of those yesterday, suspicious fast on the way out, and realized why on the way back 🤣

Today I only went out to get a little fresh blood to the legs, so some recovery today. I’m in for the long run :)
