Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

How was your run today?

15km Trail run, it was pleasant, and really nice scenery around Chichester harbour, still a strong southerly wind, but really shouldnt do long runs on the day before a race!

riggys99 Sorry to read you've had a setback - hope it soon passes.

Bowman 🇸🇪 13.1 is a creditable shift anyway you look at it. Wise not to risk potential injury.

Velociraptor Parkrun as race prep seems to work well for you.

Minimag - find a nearby industrial estate and run laps there: it should encourage you to do fewer miles! ;)

Oh, my run? The raging sandstorm of Thurs. was replaced by a benign 18mph southerly, so beach & trail to Burbo Bank and back down the beach, tide well out, against the wind. Clear sky, stars aplenty. In dog news, I was stared out by a wary Labradoodle by the baths as I approached; quickly, I clicked my headtorch off. 1 hour.

LipGloss Aw, I should've toned it down a bit, seeing that you're having a tough time atm. Hope you're on the mend soon.

LipGloss That's kind :) I do enjoy sharing what I see, hear, smell and feel while running. :)
