It was a bit intimidating at first as I've been driving a small-ish car for such a long while, but didn't take much getting used to. I do 80% of the driving as I'm not a very good passenger these days. I navigate when we don't trust the sat nav - because I don't trust Husband's navigation I intend driving it until it falls apart, can't see being 70 stopping me. Next door in their 80s tow a huge caravan - that would worry me a lot more than a 6M van.

I drive the car with him as a passenger sometimes but I'm already confident with a car, so I just block him out.

On a bus route and there are lovely canalside walks. We got the bus into Bath, explored some of OH's childhood haunts and walked back. Slept well after over 30,000 steps. We're both 70+ now, and have no plans to give up the motorhome in the foreseeable.
