You only have two points in that zone, but the zone that looks like it's probably where you live has over 600 points. Open up the zone that you want to be your home zone, and click "Set as your home zone".

I don't know what zone WAS my home zone, but setting the zone I thought it was as my home zone has made the wee hoose come up and has pushed me up to 2. I have one tricky zone to get to secure a 3 and then I'll have to revisit some grey zones for 4.
