It's a good one to target for a 5k PB, LL. Gently uphill out, gently downhill back, smooth tarmac, and a splendid old railway tunnel to run through.

Realistic marathon training for those of us who aren't 21 and don't have all day to run and recover = excellent training for a really good 5k. I bang on a lot about the merits of targeting a really good 5k :)
