Wasn't sure how to class this run. Was aiming to run easy, probably 10:30 max but ended up being a bit quicker but still comfortable. New tactic with BG. Was a bit high at start so took 2 units novorapid and paused each mile to check on the cgm. Stayed nicely in range.
