kiki.d Tough as ever, v.pleased to fond that my knee didn't hurt and my lungs didn't pack in. Good time in humid conditions and held off Newmarket lady on last hill :-). 26th lady which sounds a bit rubbish but there were over 50 women running and Striders ladies came 2nd which was pretty good given that 5 of the top 6 women were from C & C Saffron Striders RC 22:14 23:17 24:23 64.87

Cats Whiskers Not going to beat myself up about this one after yesterday's efforts at the EVAC league match. Started conservatively - no choice as it was impossible to pass people in the first 1k or so - and then picked it up but the final hill was vile. Most people seem to have been a minute or so down on their best tonight, so not too bad considering. Was a minute faster when I last did this course 3 years ago, but WAVA is about the same. Weird.
