Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

And me! I think Fetch said a few pages back that he would look into rectifying it.

I don’t think Cumbri Andy will be very happy when he sees the score.

Is there away (she said, scratching her head) of us folks whose main 'sport' is cycling, to have a proportionally bigger square? I really like this game, but really don't want to spend my training sessions riding around and around my town!

Bloody Hell Doc - I know I said 'do your worst' but I wasn't expecting you to take it literally!

Damage limitation it is then :)

Placement of home point is rather important in this one, isn't it?!

I moved my home point to my work office. But while I plod up and down a couple of routes south of the building, we rarely go north. Had a put the point at the top of the square I'd have earned double the number of hits! Ah well, another week! :-) G

I totally agree HappyG - I moved my home point to my running club base, but only run from there once a week, and I guess the squares near the home square are those most likely to be cancelled out by any opponent. Need to move it a bit to take in my local parkrun, my running club and the country park where I run at least once a week.

Oooh, I haven't read the instructions. I thought it just counted the total number of squares you ran. I didn't know you could cancel out the other persons. I need re-read the destructions! :-) G

What happens if you move your home point mid-week? Obviously from my ignorance you can guess I haven't tried it so have no idea what happens! :)

I assume it applies from that point onward, leaving your already 'won' squares as are?

If so, then tactically wouldn't it make sense to use this feature once a week to open up more accessible squares?
