Thank you for your. comments on my appraisal that you would like to see me be more proactive in taking on more responsibilities and/or organising some events. However these things are not part of my job description and I have zero desire to do them. If I was interested in doing them, I would have applied for a promotion to the grade where they are part of the job. I’m not a 20-something looking for things to put on my CV, I’m just marking time until I can proactively tell you where to poke your job.
