That'll be all the admin that 2 months ago I said I wouldn't be doing anymore as I had too much on my plate and was fed up doing everything and you lot all fannying around coming and going as you felt like it. It's nothing to do with the conversation I had with the hiring manager, when I told him you weren't a good fit for the role. I don't feel at all guilty even though it was true, you'd have hated the job and he would have hated having you in his team. I'd feel even less not-guilty if I thought you had the get up and go to go and find yourself something else instead of waiting for it to be handed to you.
