The last hard attempt I did was 21+ mins 😬 I will see if I manage to do the remaining parkruns this year. Will NOT be close to 20mins! Let's see if I can do it next year!

First couple of k were at sub 20 pace but I knew I wasn't good for it, so I slowed to HMP. First ParkRun for 11 years. Best ever finish, gender positioning and WAVA. Shame that it wasn't to be but and that's OK as I hadn't really prepared for it. Feel confident that a sub 20 is still possible for first quarter of next year.
