Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My kit from this morning might just be dry by the time I (more than likely) get it wet again tomorrow...Guess summer’s over!

Psyching myself up for the next few days targets.

We had the torrential rain (and wind) yesterday when other parts of the UK were basking in sunshine but this evening was lovely, dry and cool, perfect running weather.

I ran on 31 August, and will probably run again on 1 October, so, either way, if I make it to the end of this challenge I'll have completed a 31 day month according to my rules. ;)

Yep - done! Despite being a real mental slog at the moment. Very Autumnal these past two evenings... both cold and breezy, and raining tonight - like many of us, it seems.

Come the 1st October I'm definitely RESTING!

Not looking forward to Monday and Tuesday - I need to be back and in the shower by 6:30 so we can all be up and ready for work at appropriate times, so as mileage increases, start time gets earlier. It was up at 5:35 this morning for 6km, the extra 5km is another half hour - so 5:05 - not keen on that!
Might be tempted to switch to evening, although have appreciated the discipline of the early start, and it does set you up for the day.
