I was thinking about that too KS Gus - metric & imperial RTS. Didn’t this all start with someone doing the number of miles in the date i.e. 1 on the 1st, 10 on 10th, 17 on 17th etc? That could be the Ironman version. Can’t see that badge being so popular 😂😂

Doing the actual kms/miles in the date could be the cycling versions

You’d have to be a nutter to try it on foot!

I put a suggestion about that and there's a run until you drop challenge which already exists, run only. I thought the run/walk /cycle would be more inclusive and achievable

The badge didn't lure me, but the new-to-me knowledge that the challenge existed! I should have chosen a better month as specific one-off things have/will stop me completing this month. I won't be here on consecutive months but I shall certainly try it again as it is making me get out there.

I am frankly surprised at how well my body is holding up so far - I only ran 13 miles in August - 3 of which were on the 31st, and hence gained my 7 day streak badge on the 6th and 14 day streak badge on the 13th. Also mildly surprised that I've managed to get up at a time that allows me to finish my run by 6:30am on weekdays

I'm more for doing this for the challenge rather than the badge...it gives me something else to think about numbers wise. I'm used to streaking in up to 5-6 miles per day for a few days running so it's more about remembering how much/little to do each day.

Totally about the badge for me. I'm a Thingythoner rather than a daily runner, but decided that a month of run streaking with a defined end point was feasible.

Well I think I’m in the middle. I was already intrigued by the challenge but never would have thought I could run 30 days in a row so the badge has definitely given me a push to indulge my natural obsessiveness! I’m sure I would have had a go at some point but it does help make now the time.
