The yellow and green bugs belong to another player straitjacket, you can't move them and won't lose any points due to them.

for the first time ever I looked at the fetchpoint map before going out this morning, it was quite exciting collecting a Salomon token (my second this month). I've always fetchpointed accidentaly before - can those of you who are more experienced give me some tips please?

biggest tip is to look at the map before going out! bug clearing is priority and make sure your route takes you out of your circle. go for the higher value jewels.

Liking the new scoring system, but then I am sitting in 13th place and have never been that high before...
The 200 point bug clearing bonus has really helped. I have been out every day, apart from one, to collect and shift the bugs outside of my circle, even if it was just a 3-4 mile bike ride. Previously I wouldn't have bothered as I would have had no hope in keeping up with the cycle commuters who planted and watered flowers twice a day.
I am seeing the value of flowers start to go up. Most that have been watered are now worth 17 or 20 points. This is the same for other peoples flowers, so maybe as the game matures, the balance may swing back towards the cyclists.... Who knows.

I may have missed the relevant post but could someone explain the difference between picking the flowers and stealing them please?

Picking is what you do to other people's flowers. Stealing is what they do to yours

I was pretty excited to discover that I've taken ownership of a traffic light that's already worth 24. I think it got built up during the Wilne 10k a few weekends back - but hopefully it's a road that sees a bit of traffic. *cackle*

So traffic lights on race routes pickup big tariffs do they? That's good, no-one has run through any of mine yet, but I have taken one on the Great Bristol Half marathon route. Anyone around here doing that race? #WhatGoesAroundComesAround
