I was told very firmly to stop saying I am rubbish - because I am not. eLBee gave me lovely positive feedback about my climbing and constructive advise to slow down. It was a real shift for me.

I hope it will FIT my London ironing board which is wooden and I think my boyfriend of the time and I liberated from a skip somewhere (either in London or Norfolk, can't remember) It is so old it 'may' have an asbestos plate at the end. I have only just realised this. I hope it isn't asbestos.
