Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

The choice of Jenni's first ultra was probably a bit of a no brainer for Mulbs. Nice one Jenni - that's a l-o-n-g newt!

It's your turn now to pick your Newt of the Day. I've decided to very slightly change the rules. Some days threre are so many great new things its difficult to single out a favourite ... other days can be much quieter. So how about the Chooser picks their favourite so far? I dont think anyone will go back to the begoning and trawl through but it gives a Greater Crested but somehow overlooked newt a second chance to shine.

Agree, Jinglers?

My new thing today was a coached high jump session. I've done HJ before but not with Shh who is a level 3 jumps coach, as well as a three time TJ Olympian, and his expert eye and tuition was very valuable.

I thought I wouldn't be able to high jump any more so I am very happy about how it went even if he thinks my fear of the bar was dumb and unfounded seeing as I 'sky' the low heights.
