Some good newts and a not so good newt hope it’s fixed soon.

Nothing so far here I haven’t even managed 1000 steps my ears are worn off with back to back calls.

I did yoga this morning, after a marathon meeting I thought I’d do a late lunch run (despite being rest day) didn’t happen and weather is vile. We may go out for a walk after dinner .... we may not

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.
