Brilliant 🏊🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️‍➡️ going on this weekend.

None by me 😂.

Heading over to Sweden in a bit and enjoying my only "down" day over 2 weeks. Next day off is Friday unless I end up with more plans. Up to Östersund on Sunday for 2 more conferences.
It is a lot but I am loving it!

Thanks for the good luck messages. I can confirm that Dartford is very much not flat. Mile 10 is a killer, but so are 4, 5, 6 and 8!
Our team completed Round Norfolk Relay about 50 minutes ahead of schedule, which made it tricky getting people in the right place at the right time, but a fantastic result all round.

Overall it's been a great weekend of sport, but I'm looking forward to getting some sleep!!

Well done to anyone racing this weekend.

Jumped in with the Sunday runners for their last 2.5 miles just to test the hammy again. It’s niggly but so far manageable. Here’s hoping when I get back my holiday it will be back to niggle free.
