Set out to do a loop I estimated would be a generous 30 minutes, at whatever pace came (it would have been a good 45 minutes, as it turned out). Oppressively hot! Stopped for a navigation check, came over all lightheaded, and decided that the most sensible thing to do would be to stop running and walk back.
