Runner X My local 10k and this will be the 3rd year for me. Though I am out of form following a knee injury and summer hols break, but stilling looking forward to the race. POST RACE: Felt unsure of form, but really happy with result...I thought I would be lucky to get under 50 mins. The first 1k was fast and I pushed on till about 4k and had to pull back, but then by 8k pushed again, but felt I could not have given more by the end. I am Soooooooooo pleased at a PB.

Karen S Last PB was the Leeds Jane Tomlinson 10k. As this was crowded and slow at the start I should PB for Wetherby. Will be bitterly disppointed if I don't given that I know the course and it is flatter than th JT 10k too. PB by 2 1/2 minutes! V. Pleased.
