Icelandic Trigirl May 2016 10:24pm, 14 May 2016 2,510 posts	0 Icelandic Trigirl horrid. got "aeroplane flu" (cold and sore throat) coming over yesterday; about 8k I started to feel rubbish and battled on home (about 14k). I then had to go and buy some paracetamol and lie down for an hour 2 weeks for it to pass before M day!

Gooner May 2016 5:20pm, 15 May 2016 13,397 posts	0 Gooner 14 mile lsr. Had to force myself to stay slow to begin with but my knee started playing up at mile 7 for some unknown reason which put a bit of a downer on the second half. It's also now making stairs quite painful
