horrid. got "aeroplane flu" (cold and sore throat) coming over yesterday; about 8k I started to feel rubbish and battled on home (about 14k). I then had to go and buy some paracetamol and lie down for an hour :(

2 weeks for it to pass before M day!

Hope you recover quickly, IT.

After 9pm before I enjoyed 4 miles XC in Crosby Coastal Park. The shades of sunset grew pale and the night pushed in through the door before I came safely home.

Just over 13 miles at 8.41 pace. After last week's disappointing run, I think that normal service has resumed.

14 mile lsr. Had to force myself to stay slow to begin with but my knee started playing up at mile 7 for some unknown reason which put a bit of a downer on the second half. It's also now making stairs quite painful :(
