Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Round & round & round & round & round & round & round & round & round & round & round & round 12.5 laps around the track, 5000m time trail, good weather, realised early it will not be a good day. Was 1min20s too slow. Hope to feel better tomorrow.

Felt like harder work for my legs than yesterday. Amazing how much difference heavier trainers make!

My last crossfit for a while as I've got a marathon then I'm moving to Italy (where I'll try to find a team). Delighted to finish Workout 1 for the first time! (All cardio, no lifting - yay!)

My run today ....wasn't a run but my first Pilates session. I didn't know what to expect from the session and found that I really enjoyed it. It was recommended to me to help improve my core stability and therefore my running style. I shall continue with this :)

Well, assuming the course & timings were accurate, I was 10 seconds off a 5k PB. Not too shoddy :D
