Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

& ๐Ÿ˜‚ Maclennane, why not, a well trained dog could be a great square catcher.

Back in the game, and my score has re-set to 1000. My opponent has five straight losses but their score is 1006. Does that mean you get ranking points just for playing? I'd have thought their score would be less than 1000?

(There's probably a complicated explanation somewhere on the previous pages that I've missed, sorry.)

Newbie question...

My square is just blue background with squares on it. No numbers or letters or anything.
I've logged a run this morning and thought that might kick it into action but no joy.
It doesn't look like other people's squares.
What am I doing wrong?

Have you set your homepoint? You may be off the coast of Africa.

Fetch, perhaps you should put that in the set-up instructions for people as they always seem to start out in the Atlantic until someone tells them on here.

That's the mapping issue I picked up on page 211: fetcheveryone.com/forum__60346__211__who_squares_wins

It was OK when we were still using Googlemaps, but in OSM, when you join the game it isn't picking up your home location and dumping you off the coast of Africa at 0, 0

@Bintmcskint Zoom out and you'll see where you are, paddling about in the Atlantic ;-)

woohoo for Doc's missed walk. Don't think attaching my watch to the dog would help much at the moment. She's barely breathing in the heat
