Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Yeah, the weather isn’t great for cycling atm!

I can’t see when you actually train 57.5, hence the caveat I added :-)

Sigh
I value the auto-upload more than any short-term benefit for the game!

Roberton I’d’ve thought the easiest way would be to turn off the auto-upload on your watch so it only uploads when you tell it to, or to turn the bluetooth off on your watch so it can’t upload until you turn it back on again. Otherwise you’ll need to de-link and re-link your Fetch and Garmin accounts all the time.

57.5 Degrees of Pain
I use my phone with Backcountry Navigator as I love an OS map. It is easier to just upload all the routes at once. My old Garmin 610 is a real faff to upload via a tablet or phone, and I don't use my old laptop a lot now. The 610 gets saved for racing.

Hi Roberton. Nothing mischevious here. My garmin and phone aren't talking to each other at the moment so I have to cable via the computer which I do in one go in the evenings. For info - it's not loaded yet but so far today I've done a 13km run over the same patch that I've been running each day.

You'll have to run at 11pm like me DS. That ensures you avoid everyone!

I did that religiously for the first month of lockdown 57.5DoP, but now I'm more relaxed about times and manage to keep distanced without too much bother. My only knowledge of your latitude is Flichity (Aunt/Uncle of my wife) where you could remain socially distanced even the height of a normal rush hour. I assume you're not from there.
