Tonight I made pasta with ratatouille which he’d promised to try. His response to the pan of ratatouille was not positive so I gave him a tiny portion. 1 forkful and ‘that’s actually alright’ and he loaded his bowl up. I think I need that recipe for my 17yr old halfpint
