Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

What do you know today, that you did not yesterday?

Hermetically sealed plastic syringes and injection needles have an expiry date.

The ones in my work bag allegedly expired in October 2008, although they look in fine fettle to me.

That we really don't need a royal family, oh no I knew that. ok, that having the Ox-bridge elite running the country is not representative of the people of this country or their views, Oh NO! I knew that.

I'll try again, that the people in the upper echelons still seem to be from the same schools, the church and people from the same old background, that they keep alive our long held mistaken tradition of looking backwards instead of forwards....

oh I give up.

The rooms at my local surgery are named after colours. I wonder if they relate to the problem you are there for? Eg brown room for bowel problems, yellow room for urology etc 😄

There is such a thing as a "Birth Photographer" - someone who takes pictures of babies when the head is just coming out.
