They have a house to sell, so we can continue to market our house and if we get another offer we just have to give these folk 48 hours to decide if they want to back out. It’s so simple here.

The lower offerer on Friday, and they are somewhere between ready to go and under pressure. There are also two new viewings this weekend. I think we'll give those two until early next week to put in an excellent offer and then (presumably) choose between the two offers we have rather than wait any longer. We are both inclined towards the lower offer, but we'll maybe revise that once we've met them. It will be wonderful not to have the house always within 60 minutes of being over-tidy.
