simply put I do not believe anyone does a praxis arm so either pedals or it is a new crank - I would assume your bike is shimano so would buy ultegra cranks and stage Powermeter What BB is on the allez I know spesh did a mix of BB30 and external so if external I would fit bike.shimano.com Frag - drills are the only way its not like intervals from a fatigue point of view but 1 min easy 1 min 85 - 90 min 1 min easy 1 min 90 -95 etc trying to work out where your bounce point is and try to over spin so up towards 110 - 120 Even if you can only do a few seconds , recovery a few seconds it is all about investing the time - then make it smoother you have to concentrate on the whole pedal cycle so being smooth over top dead centre |

Almost inconceivable triple whammy of excitement this evening first drive in car for 6 weeks, first swim for 6 weeks and 2020 open water *cherry* popped. Felixstowe was bracing but swimmable. |

Much envy, TROsers. 'my' lake came back to say a big no to swimming for now, and the river is wayyyyyyy too low, so I shall have to wait a little while. I am inspired to clear space in the spare room and get the new bike shaped object set up on the turbo with a laptop somewhere visible and attempt to work on my cadence in the meanwhile. |
