Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Thanks for the advice, I'm going to look into those options pedals definitely would be the easiest option but will have to check finances to see if I can justify them if I go with pedals should I go with the two pedal option?

A hour and 20 mins of zone 2 just a little over 40k.

I’ve never used power except on my turbo but if you want L/R balance and I guess more accuracy as per cyclist.co.uk then dual is the way to go. I know I have a Joss Naylor style imbalance (he had a skinny and a big leg after an injury). I’m not sure how mine happened but it’s something I’m conscious of - when running my knee lift is lazy on one leg but power on bike has been nearly 50/50!

Discovered two lakes open near me but they emphasize you must be a competent swimmer and as I still have a frozen shoulder I'm not sure I qualify. Be pretty embarrassing to be told to get out.

I’ve passed my TriFarm competency so that’s no problem - my trouble is I can’t do my wetsuit up unaided.

1 local ish lake has opened for bookings...the nearest 2 haven't declared. Also have the wetsuit doing up issue, still that's something else to practice in the garage! Linds I'm sure you'd be fine, I expect it's to discourage total OWS beginners who might need help...
2 Zwift tour stages done in 24 hours, z2 steady mostly and felt surprisingly comfortable.
