Congratulations PK and very well done. Enjoy your achievement!

Fritton Olympic for me. AG win masks a worrying fade due to Achilles issues on the run; fortunately I was out of sight after the bike and none of the 4 guys that outrun me got within 5 mins.

Shockingly, and unprecedentedly I was 1st AG out of the water. Ridiculous!

Congratulations Kath sounds like you've had a great day and congratulations TRO on your AG win, hope the Achilles issue clears up pronto.

I have run (4miles) and swam my garmin(920xt) died in the pool I think it got waterlogged, there is a crack on the screen and water coming out of the power button when you pressed, it also keeps switching itself off after 5 mins or so, I'm gutted I love checking out my stats even if they are poor.

I have been watching part of the Keswick Lakeland IRONMAN today- in total awe of everyone.

Was waiting with my bike in my fetch top and had a couple of fetchies shout outs from runners so who ever it was hope you had a good event
