Busy and hot day for me.

Run to meet friends for coffee this morning: 4 miles
Walk home having bought some ribbon to gussy up a present: 1.5 miles
Bike to and from gym: nearly 2 miles
Weights work at the gym (first time for months) 45 minutes

It was really but I'd booked OH into an assessment at the gym ages ago (I'm trying to persuade him that he needs to do something more than just cycle to keep himself fit) and since he was going anyway and I haven't been for weeks it was time to get back to it, no matter how boiling it was.

I raced on the watt bike at 6pm last night, cooked.

Today is easy Friday as tomorrow is National Criterium Champs !
